HAYRIDE PARTICIPANT

We invite you to our Hayride display contest.

Each participant can decorate their own spot on our Spooktacular hayride trail.

• Guests will vote on thier favorite halloween display ater their hayride adventure.
• Each PartIcipant will decorate their own space. (up to 10x10)
• You can decorate however you would like just remember this is a family Friendly event. (nothing too scary)
• No fee to sign up

Some details to keep in mind:

• Space can be UP TO 10ft x 10ft max. Does not have to fill entire space.
• Hayride is outdoors with most spaces not having any covering from nature elements. 
• Business name, Decorators name, Family Name or Team name will be displayed next to their display. Each name will match the name on the scoring card. (We will also include a theme name to each display incase riders forget the business name.)
• Set up must be done the day before the event or morning of. Taken down and packed away at nights end or next morning.
• Ideas for set up must be submitted to The Social Agenda @the_socialagenda, 951-710-0455 or va email: info@thesocial-agenda.com for approval. 
• There are no electrical hookups at most spaces so we advice you to bring anything you may need: solar, battery opporated or generator

Winner will receive a cash prize, Gift basket filled with goods from local Businesses plus a full feature on our website!
