VENDORS BOOTH: SPOOKTACULAR Night Market

The Social Agenda invites you to join us in hosting our Ghost and Ghouls for a family fun night of Trick-or-Treating!

 

This spooktacula night market will include the following:

-Vendor Booths for guest to shop

-Spooky Saloon that will serve food

-A Bar to serve adult potions (beer and wine)

-Haunted (but not to scary) Hay Rides

-Carnival Games 

-Entertainment on our grave lawn (No its not really a grave)

-Swag Bags to the first 100 guest

-Kid Passes and pumpkin buckets 

-And fun activities for our little ghost and ghouls

We plan on making this a very family friendly event! Fun for all ages! So nothing too scary! But we also planned our hours so our early birds can come out and enjoy before the full moon hits ;)

Vendor Info:

-10x10 space (Tent not included)

-No Electrical hook ups (unless you are a food vendor)

-We ask that you participate in decorating your tent to join the fun! 

-At Each booth the little ones will be able to trick-or-treat so each vendor will need to bring something for them to put in their buckets! (Candy, stickers, glow sticks, something related to your business, etc.)

The property will be trasformed into a Halloween Fun Town!

Marketing Material will be sent out several times over the next couple of months to ensure we fill the event with guest! we will also send out updates as we get them!

Lastly, we will have a vendor walk through as the event draws closer at the venue if you are able to make it! If not, we will have a full walk through video rundown for you!
